As an Instructor I cannot beleive this woman is actually posting a Video of her lack of ability. First of all as artists we NEVER blow into our brushes for sanitary purposes!!! As for Smokey Eye????? I would highly recommend this lady to get some education in the makeup field, before posting videos.

OMG!I cant believe you! This is def. not the smoky eye, more like stink eye, if you ask me, lol! First prob is the brush is too big to get definition in the crease, especially for the smoky eye effect! I agree with stephaniehdz, with the concealer application, too! I am curious why it is that you don't look a little more put together, oh, ya, you must have put the make up on yourself, lmao!!! Tragic!

you seeeeeriously shouldn't be a makeup artist. You stutter, act like a ditz, and you're obviously too afraid to let anyone see the end results because we never actually see how it looks at the end. Maybe you should try a desk job.

How to Apply Smokey Eye Makeup
Okay for smokey or darker colors you’re going to want to use a brush with lots of bristles and they need to be kind of widely spaced. Always blow on the brush before you apply it or else the powder’s going to get all over your face. I’m just kind of applying dark to the outside of her eye and along the creases to contour it. You just want it kind of on the lash line and on the crease. And then bring it out just a little bit for a dramatic look. Blend it very very well with your finger. And to get a definition you can just take a little bit of lighter eye shadow, white, put it between the lash line and crease.
