To choose the right dress, first of all, you need to make sure it compliments your figure and it flatters your hips and the top of your shoulders. Sometimes you may want to choose a strapless dress, sometimes with a choker, and sometimes with regular straps. Whatever it is, make sure it is flattering to your figure. Also, you want to choose a dress that will compliment your skintone. In other words, if you are fair, make sure you don't choose the color yellow. When trying on the dress, it is important to choose the right length. Make sure that the bottom front part of the dress brushes gently across the top of your foot. When you choose a heel make sure it is three to four inches tall, and that it has back strap support in order to prevent accidents from happening. Do not choose a shoe without the backstrap support, and do not wear a flat sandal. Finally, it is important to wear the correct bust support. If needed, make sure you wear a strapless bra or the right inserts to give you just the right boost. Also, if necessary wear top control pantyhose.
