By designing individualized and fun workout programs for her clients, she empowers Pre and Postnatal women of all ages to take charge of their health by adding regular exercise and better eating habits to their individual lifestyles.
She is certified through AFAA, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and is certified for Pre & Postnatal Fitness through the Exercise Science Alliance. She is a C.O.R.E. Resist-a-Ball Trainer and is continuing her education with various fitness organizations.
